We remain dedicated to the health and well-being of our staff, guests, and entertainers. This is what we are doing to stay safe as we begin to reopen our doors and get back to live music, entertainment, dancing, etc.

G&B Saloon and G&B Chuck Wagon Kitchen will provide a safe, clean, and fun experience for everyone with the implementation of the following sanitation and safety measures.


  • Follow recommendations & guidelines from the CDC as well as local health authorities.


  • Publish recommendations & guidelines form the CDC as well as local health authorities in public spaces.


  • Limited capacities.


  • Temperature checks for every employee as they enter the building


  • All guest-facing team members will be required to wear face masks.


  • All guests will be required to wear a mask. (Per Executive Order) The only time face masks/face coverings will not be required for guests is when they are seated at their table but, they are still recommended.


  • All entertainers and their crews will be temperature checked and will utilize hand sanitizer when entering the backstage area of the club.


  • Hand sanitizer available throughout the building.


  • Socially distanced markers throughout the building; social distancing will be enforced.


  • Socially distanced seating and tables throughout the club.


  • A dedicated G&B Saloon and G&B Chuck Wagon Kitchen Sanitation Team will routinely clean high-traffic areas before, during, and after operating hours.


  • Disposable utensils and disposable or digital menus in the Chuck Wagon Kitchen


  • All condiments in the Chuck Wagon Kitchen will be single-serve and available upon request only.

What can our guests expect when entering G&B Saloon and G&B Chuck Wagon Kitchen ?

Please plan to arrive early as the process to get into G&B Saloon and G&B Chuck Wagon Kitchen will take longer than normal due to the new COVID-19 safety protocols.

All guests enter through the Main Entrance and complete a Self Checkout upon entering.

If a guest registers a high temperature, they will be pulled aside for additional screening.
If the guest continues to register a temperature higher than 99.5, they will not be allowed to remain at G&B Saloon and G&B Chuck Wagon Kitchen . If purchased tickets are involved, a full refund will be offered.


A member of our sanitation team will be called to immediately wipe down and clean the area.
After the guest has passed their temperature check, the admittance line will pass by a Hand Sanitizing Station and each guest will be required to sanitize their hands prior to entry into the club.

Staff will be enforcing social distancing.


The pool balls and cues have been sanitized and will be checked out from the BAR and a Stick will be given out with a chalk., requiring a guest driver’s license. There will be no coin-operated pool tables. Upon the return of the balls and cues will be sanitized as well as the pool table itself that was used. Chalk and Stick must be returned.
 

In order to make sure your visit is a safe and fun one, we need a little help from YOU!

Observe and comply with signage and guidelines posted throughout the club.

 Hand washing should replace that. Regular and often. Wash your hands. Make good choices. Respect social distancing.

G&B Saloon and G&B Chuck Wagon Kitchen  has taken a voluntary commitment to re-open Copperas Cove responsibly by following best practices in preventing the spread of COVID-19. Join us and make this happen for all of us.

These steps reflect guidelines set forth by Governor Greg Abbott and the City of Copperas Cove in accordance of the new Law.

Promote social distancing • Provide hand sanitizer • Promote handwashing • Clean regularly at the highest standards possible • Take employee temperatures when they arrive • Offer contactless payment • Promote use of face coverings • Follow state and local re-opening guidelines


An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
